What are your payment terms?

Cash, money order, and credit cards using Square Point of Sale.

What image formats do you provide?

Generally, jpeg but raw images are available for those with the capability to handle them.

Do I receive high-resolution images?

Yes, all high resolution images will be delivered via DropBox or on a flashdrive as per your preference. Note that images displayed on the website are not high resolution images (limited to 2 mb size).

Do you have customer service?

Of course! I am available 24/7/365 via contact number to answer all of your questions and concerns. I want my clients to be happy and hopefully think of me for repeat business.

Do you speak other languages besides English?

Yes, I do. I speak native Russian and Ukrainian. yo también hablo español.

Do you edit photos?

Yes. I do. Contact me in order to customize your package and discuss the desired editing of your photos.

Do you give print release form?

Yes, print release form is available upon request for no charge.

What kind of shoots do your do or have experience doing?

Weddings, engagement, birthday parties, baptism, newborns, maternity, family, portraits, pets, kids, etc.

Do you work alone or do you have an assistant?

I am a solo business owner 🙂 I shoot, edit, all alone.

What kind of software do you use?

I use both LR and PS.

Do you have a studio?

No, I shoot on location. I use natural and artificial lightnings. I shoot in bars, restaurants, homes, hotels, parks, etc.
