Hi, I am Natalie. I am a professional photographer for over 9 years. I fell in love with photography in my teens when my father had a film camera and I wanted to take my own photos using the self-timer as well as taking my family photos and developing film in the darkroom.
I was born and raised in Kiev, Ukraine and I speak both Russian and Ukrainian as well as English. I immigrated to the United States in 2005 and quickly realized the importance of being bilingual. I ended up learning Spanish as well and I am able to communicate with my clients in Spanish too.
One day, walking around Houston zoo and taking hundreds of pictures of animals, I became inspired by the idea of taking pictures of newborn babies in the hospital. Soon after, I landed a job at Mom365 as a newborn Photographer. My trainer there had a degree in photojournalism and she helped me to hone the photography skills that I needed to be a professional. After this experience, I transitioned to work as a Wedding Photographer for a wedding company. Now, as a seasoned professional, I have taken hundreds of thousands of photos of all different genres, all the while fine-tuning my skills to be able to capture the perfect photos for you.
I am very customer service oriented and my goal is to capture the beauty of your special moments so you can treasure them forever. I enjoy weddings, family and kids, maternity, and newborn photography, also, small events like graduations, quinceañera, and birthday parties. I do not have a studio but I do on-location photography. As you might suspect, “on location” refers to photography shoots that happen outside of a photographer’s studio. This could be outside in a public space like a park, inside a public space like a coffee shop, or in a private space like your home office. I have had multiple sessions in wedding venues, restaurants, and the like.
I am very passionate about my work and I absolutely happy when you are pleased and satisfied with the final results. I have a good personality and I am very reliable.
